CB Chocolate Truffle Cake
A rich, delicious, moist chocolate truffle cake. With a layer of chocolate ganache through the centre, on top and on the sides.
20 cm will cut to 12 large wedges.
25 cm will cut to 16 large wedges.
Or cut a tea/coffee slice to make it go further.
Will keep for 7 days in the fridge. Take out for an hour before serving.
Try serving with yoghurt or cream, or as a dessert, slightly heated, with ice cream.
